Triceps

• French pressure lying down (3 s * 8 op.)
Wednesday
Back

• Pull downs (3 s * 8 op.)

• Closing the barbell bent (3 s * 6 op.)
Biceps

• Biceps curl with a barbell (3 s * 8 op.)
Friday
Shoulders
• Closing EZ to the chin (3 s * 12-15 op.) muscle gaining secrets
Chest
• Bench press (workouts 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14)
Triceps
• Dips (3 s * 8 op.)
Saturday
Legs
• Squats (3 s * 6 op.)
• Leg-press (3 seconds * 8 op.)
